PGY1: How to Apply
Each applicant must be eligible for licensure in Vermont. Each applicant must submit all of the following information to be considered for an on-site interview:
1. Application for PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
2. Letter of intent
3. Curriculum vitae
4. 2x2 Passport Style Photograph
5. Three (3) letters of recommendation
6. Official college transcript
